At Sandra Pyper Property Management we try to create a professional and personal relationship with all of our clients, both landlords and tenants alike. This attitude stems from our predecessors, A I Caters who established this company 50 years ago and who became synonymous with absolute integrity and the highest ethics.

The company now is dedicated to property management in all of its aspects. We feel it is impracticable to be a selling estate agent and property manager, consequently we do not take selling instructions.

All rental clients, monies held by us are secured in a designated clients, bank account against receipt. Our development/flat management office who administer a large folio of both apartment and housing developments go even further wherein every individual flat management company has it's own designated bank account into which owners/share holders pay their fees and from which all of the company's liabilities are paid. The result is directors or management committees have instant access to precise accounts.

In September 2005 we moved to larger High Street offices and have employed additional staff to cater for the increase in business, which has come to us recently through 'word of mouth' referral.
